Searcher Wanted: $1M SDE Digital Education Business Under LOI (100% Remote, Non-SBA)

Searchers: We are under LOI on a digital education business that teaches programming (including via leveraging AI tools like Claude Code), and we are looking for a searcher to join us in the deal as CEO. The business has done over $2M in revenue and over $1M in SDE each of the last 3.5 years, with an established team and 100% remote operations. This is a non-SBA deal with no personal guarantee required, open to candidates anywhere in the world, although US is preferred and Canada is #2.

The ideal searcher is digital-marketing-savvy with some technical background (Python experience is a plus) and ideally has a passion for education. Think a “builder-marketer-manager” who can build from an existing foundation. We are looking for a searcher who wants to invest alongside us, but we will provide the rest of the equity.
